Gmail added this feature to reduce drunken emailing. When you want to send a email five math questions will come up and you have 50 seconds to answer them. If you don't get them all right in that amount of time then you can't send emails. But what if your just not good at math you would never get to send an email. If your too drunk to answer math problems then you shouldn't be able to use the computer.
